7 Tips For Beautiful Skin

Here are 7 tips to assist in this process:
1. Be very aware of what is in skincare products. Use productsthat are all natural as much as possible.
2. Look for products that contain Dermal Surface Renewal Technology. DSR smoothes away existing signs of aging such as laugh lines, crows feet, and dullness.
3. Use products that have regenisomes. Regenisomes penetrate the skin to speed cell renewal after sun exposure. They also use the light of photosomes to undo sun damage, and have ultrasomes to renew skin while sleeping.
4. Find products with Proteo-C and Proflavonol-T. These two vitamins protect the skin from premature aging caused by the sun, pollution, and other environmental factors. They also provide advanced nutrition to the skin to keep it appearing smooth and firm.
5. If possible, use products that are paraben free. Parabens are synthetic chemical preservatives that are widely used in personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair styling products, make-up, facial masks, skin lotions and creams, and deodorants. They also are typically ingredients inbaby lotions, shampoos, and other personal care products for infants and children. In addition, parabens are in many foods and pharmaceutical products. Researchers are beginning to find parabens in benign and malignant human breast tumors. While some studies have challenged their toxicity in many products and question their long term affect on humans, using productsthat are paraben free can eliminate the risk of exposure to this harmful chemical.
6. Drink plenty of water! Water hydrates skin and hair as well as flushes toxins out of the body.
7. Limit stress or learn to manage it effectively. Stress is harmful both emotionally and physically. Find that stress reliever activity that works best and use it on a daily basis!

Tips for Choosing a Skin Care Laser Center

The laser center should be associated with a local physicianwho personally does significant laser work and is onsite most of the time to supervise experienced registered nurses if they are doing some of the treatments. Look for a warm, knowledgeable individual approach and avoid places with mall-type, cookie-cutter atmosphere.Be wary of clinics where there is no physician supervision, and the nurse is only minimally trained. Some of these clinics have received payment for treatment packages from patients, only to have gone bankrupt. A reputable laser center will have been in business for many years.Ask for credentials, training and laser education.Quality of care for skin services is better in a dermatology or plastic surgery office since it is their expertise. Ask what laser training the doctor or his staff have completed. How long have they been doing the treatments? How many have they done? Avoid places where skin treatments don't seem like a good fit, for example, Botox in a dental office. Be sure to choose the correct medical professional.A dermatologist is a medical doctor who is an expert and specialist in skin. After attending medical school and internship, they study three years longer than general physicians to learn about the skin, hair, and nails. Doctors who complete the three-year residency program must take a two-part comprehensive test given by the American Board of Dermatology. Only physicians who pass both parts of the test are called “board certified” dermatologists. That means the doctor has met extensive requirements in skin disease and skin surgery. Plastic surgeons are board certified in the surgical specialty of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, which encompasses skin care also. Ask the doctor if he is board certified in dermatology or plastic surgery visit www.aad.org to verify a dermatologist's board certification or www.asps.org for plastic surgery.Schedule a cosmetic skin consultationMake a list of your concerns so the doctor can explain all of the options available to treat you. He will explain to you how the treatment is done, how it will help you achieve your goal as well as how many treatments you may need. Possible side effects, if any, and who will be available to treat these should you have problems should be discussed. The doctor can also tell you how long he has been doing the treatments and how many he has done. You may wish to speak with other patients the doctor has performed the procedure on to hear about their experience in the clinic. Before & After photos may only be as good as the paper they are printed onWould you show your worst snapshot to someone you were trying to impress? Neither would your doctor, and sometimes they aren't even the doctor's work, but photos provided by the laser company or an aesthetic laser equipment manufacturer.Let expertise determine your choice, not bargain pricing.Would you choose your plastic surgeon because his price is lower, or rather, because he is highly skilled and an expert in his field? Many dermatologists and plastic surgeons have a variety of expensive laser equipment and experienced trained staff available so they can best address your individual skin problems. Remember, it is your healthy skin and beautiful face at stake.Beware of Rent-a-LaserAesthetic equipment is very costly to purchase or lease, but when a physician makes a commitment to do this, he will usually be very familiar with how this equipment works to offer optimum results for patients. This translates into experience using the equipment. Some offices rent their lasers from companies which will bring them in once or twice a month for the day. This can also create a scheduling problem for the consumer who may need more time flexibility.Do not do something because you feel pressuredA reputable laser clinic will not ever insist you do a treatment today. Instead you should be encouraged to take your time, consider it and call if you have any questions. The staff should be willing to spend as much time as necessary to address your concerns. If you are pressed, or offered “bonuses” to entice you to signup right away, be wary.

We all want to look our very best at this time while we meet new relatives, purchase our bridal wardrobe and consider hiring a photographer to memorialize this wonderful day.
1. DEAL WITH ANY CHRONIC SKIN PROBLEMS EARLYIf you are plagued with mild acne, for example, consider beginning regular acne facials with a skilled esthetician on a regular basis. If the problem is a more severe one, consult your dermatologist. Skin problems do not go away overnight.Timeline: 6 months to 1 year ahead
2. GET RID OF UNWANTED HAIR FOREVERWhy be bothered with ingrown hair, irritation and shaving or waxing. Consider laser hair removal and forget about packing the razor on your honeymoon. Several treatments are needed for long term hair reduction, but just one treatment done a few weeks before the wedding will leave you hairfree for several months. Timeline: 1 year to 2 weeks ahead
3. LOOK RELAXED WITH BOTOX COSMETICWith all the stress, do you look like you're frowning when you're not? Botox can be put into those "Number 11" lines between your brows 2 weeks before the event so you'll look totally relaxed for the wedding and photos. It can also be used to relax smile lines around the eyes and furrows on the forehead. No stress here!Timeline: 2 weeks ahead
4. FILLERS MAKES BEAUTIFUL PLUMP LIPS AND FILL FINE LINESIf you've never had a filler before, it is probably a good idea to be conservative the first time, to make sure you like it. 5. REJUVENATE SKIN WITH SUPERFICIAL FACIAL PEELSEvery two weeks, microdermabrasion and light chemical peels can help recover your shiny, taut facial skin, making it a perfect palate for makeup with no nasty nooks and crannies, and a more even skin tone with diminished lines and wrinkles. Don't forget the neck, chest and back areas if your dress is low-cut. Peels can do wonders for spotty, rough skin!Timeline: 2 months ahead up to day before
6. PLAN YOUR MAKEUPPick out your shadows and foundations early, and practice with them. If you are going to use a make-up artist, have a practice run-through to make sure you like it.Timeline: 2 months ahead
7. LASH TINTING CAN DEFINE YOUR EYESYou won't have to worry about racoon eyes if you get weepy during the ceremony or while swimming on your honeymoon if you tint your eyelashes. The eyebrows can be done at the same time and your eyes will be perfectly framed. Again, a trial treatment is an excellent idea for a perfect color match.Timeline: 1 month ahead, with a retreatment 1 week ahead
8. HAVE A RELAXING FACIAL TREATMENT WITH HYDRATING AND FIRMING MASQUESYou owe it to yourself to relax, clean and nourish your skin.Timeline: 1-2 weeks ahead9. 10. DON'T STRESS OVER WHAT YOU CANNOT CONTROLIf something can go wrong, it will, so make a "911 Skincare Kit" with some of the following essential products. The city of Shenzhen, immediately north of Hong Kong, was the primary hub for economic activity between Hong Kong and mainland China when Hong Kong was a British colony. I can never be even half of what Tendulkar is: Sehwag

He once said in jest that the only difference between him and Sachin Tendulkar was in their bank balances, but Virender Sehwag, a trailblazer in his own way, said that as a batsman he can never be "half of what the batting maestro is". Very early in his career, Sehwag, whose height and body structure nearly makes him a Tendulkar lookalike when they are on the wicket, had said "the only difference between us is in our bank balance. I am nowhere near him." In fact, Sehwag arguably the most daring batsman in world cricket today told PTI in an interview that he would be honoured if Tendulkar is viewed as his 'guru'."I would be honoured if he is viewed as my guru and I as his shishya (disciple)."
